New to Sureforms, so sorry if I’m overlooking something. I’m trying to configure Google reCaptcha.

When I input keys for Google reCaptcha, they are saving.

However, the V3 checkbox settings appears to be ‘forgotten’, and resets when I reload the Sureforms settings page. There is no visible submit button on this page to save the settings manually.

No reCaptcha is showing on the contact form.

    What am I missing here?
    Thanks!

    Hello @pimschaaf,

This is the expected behavior. To embed Google reCAPTCHA, you need to select it from the form settings. For more details, you can refer to this article: Google reCAPTCHA Documentation.

Additionally, we are working on improving the UI to make this process clearer and more user-friendly.

    Best Regards,

    Hi @avi1020p

I am having the same problem as the OP. The API keys are not saving when entered into the relevant fields in the settings page for spam protection.

I enter the keys, it saves, then I navigate to the form to recaptcha to the form, however it says I need to configure the api keys. Then I go to where I entered the api keys and the api keys are gone. And so I go round and round unable to add recaptcha to my forms as the api keys keep resetting.

I believe this is the same issue the OP had above and you misunderstood what he was trying to explain. Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

We have Recaptcha showing on one form, but not on others when selected – so something is off as it’s not working 100% of the time.
