Saving shipping rates

    I can go into settings and add several shipping rates. Just basic rates with ‘flat rate’ or ‘quantity tiers’ and save them out. As long as I stay in that screen everything is fine. But, go back into ‘shopp’ and then back into ‘settings/shipping’ and the rates have gone away. Nothing is saving out. And on our site it is showing ‘Free Shipping’.

    theres absolutely nothing in this post that helps anyone to help you.

    since wordpress isnt a shopping cart — perhaps you can either explain what, if any plugin, you are using, or “something” …

    The plugin is “shopp”. Hence the spelling of the word in the first post. And I am not describing a shopping cart. This is the admin dashboard for site preferences and function.
