sbumit button redirect

this may seem like a stupid issue, im not really a programmer, but what im trying to accomplish is bridge two gaps. i run http://www.dzrtradio.com which is an internet radio site. its very bare right now, but im trying to link a google form then when the submit button is pressed it redirects to another shortcode for file attachment. The importance is when i send in my spreadsheets to the licensing board, google forms is wonderful! but it lacks file attachment so i figured i can just make is a 2 part process, 1 being submitting the data, hit “submit” which redirects to another plugin i use that allows you to link file attachments to an email.
