What is the full shortcode that you used?
I have the same problem. Adding _template1 does not work and gives an error. I checked in the library of the extension which is at the last level, and I did not find any PHP routine like I expected :
sc_embed_player_template1.php

Hi, I wanted to see the page where you have that audio player shortcode. You can crate a test page then add that audio player rshortcode and share the URL of that page so I can go there and inspect.

Are you using the latest version of WordPress on this site? It seems like you are using an older version of WordPress?
