Hi, I am currently using your plugin and its great for smart buttons such as apple pay and google pay.

However I am faced with this message on my stripe dashboard:

Important: Update your integration for SCAYour customers’ banks are declining many transactions because European regulation mandating Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) has gone into effect. Until you update your integration, European banks will continue to decline these transactions.

What do I need to enable on your plugin to ensure my customer transactions do not fail? You’re advice would be greatly appreciated.

Also Ive noticed fraud transactions being made via Apple pay. There does not seem to be any 3D secure rule that i can implement. Do you have any advice on this as well?

    Warmest regards

    Shahi

    Hi @shahican

That is a generic message that Stripe is providing on the dashboard for their merchants. This plug-in is fully SCA compliant and you don’t need to enable anything additional, it is all built in.

What I recommend you do is reach out to stripe’s customer support and ask them to elaborate more on that message since you are using an SCA ready solution.

There is no 3-D secure rule for Apple Pay because it relies on the user authenticating via thumbprint or face recognition. That makes it SCA compliant.

    Kind regards
