I’m sorry to disappoint, but that’s exactly what a theme can do. Also a Plus version does the same, it only adds a recipes functionality. Other than that it is the same.
The layout of the theme in demo website is all described in theme demo content and theme user manual. http://www.webmandesign.eu/manual/auberge/#install-demo
So, as you can see, you can install the whole demo website layout with ease.
Have you read the theme’s user manual?
Also, it is mentioned that the you can create complex layouts with a help of Beaver Builder plugin http://www.webmandesign.eu/manual/auberge/#install-plugins

Auberge is an excellent theme and – for a free theme – has just a few restrictions…. you better read the instructions before leaving such an unprofessional comment….
the theme work pretty well, one of the easiest to work with, doesn’t do magic, but none does, you are just not competent and that’s all ..
