Hi, thank you for reaching out. We are sorry to hear that you felt that our services were not what you were hoping for. I can assure you that we did not scam you and have responded to all of your inquiries to our Kliken Support Team for assistance with your Google Ads campaign.

Unfortunately, because Google did not approve your campaign, your ads will not be able to run. We did reach out to you last week to advise you that we would be returning any unused portion of your Google Ad Spend and we asked you to confirm, to which we did not hear a response from you for several days. Our billing department has gone ahead and issued that refund for you, so we are in fact, not keeping your money from you.
