    This is a scam. They have a decent plugin, but their marketing strategy is a scam. They never reply to tickets. When they “update” their plugin, they make you update to the latest pro key as well, but guess what? you can’t update the plugin unless you enter your login info on their website. Here’s where the marketing scam is: you never get that info! They will keep apologizing on the WP forum saying that they sent it and for you to check the spam folder, but really they did not. It’s not hard to properly send emails. They deliberately don’t send you login info, so you don’t have access to re-downloading the pro key whenever you want. Most people are lazy and will just re-buy the plugin, don’t do this. scam, avoid

    Actually it’s really hard to define that case with lost password our marketing strategy.
    We’re really appreciate that you see some strategy in our workflow, but in any case it’s not related with your password, to be honest.

    We have update key first time since a 2014 year, because we changed core structure of our gallery plugin and it was required.

    But we didn’t limited any downloads for our customers and all this statements with so detailed description actually not true.

    You can easily download key in few clicks, just login to your account. If you lost password and for some reason you can’t login just contact our support team and you’ll get new password in few minutes.

    We do not force anybody to buy anything.
