Scan doesn’t finish.

    I scanned the website serverl times yesterday, and it still in progree. It’s alreay 12 hours.

    Is it normal to take such a long hours to scan?

    Hi @bestadventurer ,

    At the moment, if the scan page is closed or the process is interrupted for any reason, the status may remain stuck on “In Progress” even though the scan actually stopped.

    Please make sure to keep the scan page open until it finishes.
    During the scan, you should see the files being processed and the progress updating in real time. If the page is not updating, then the scan is no longer running.

    Feel free to try again and let me know if the issue persists.

    Hi, the scan always stop at 40 percent, and it doesn’t finish even though I wait for a few hours or longer.

    Should I wait longer?

    If the scan always stops at 40%, it means it collected the files but couldn’t process them.
    Please check the log file or the browser request/response to see the exact error.
