    Hallo, the scan doesnt work, so please help me.
    i already tried all the things you told to do to fix the issue in documentary.
    I get this issue:
    Scan Failed
    The current scan looks like it has failed. Its last status update was 5 mins ago. You may continue to wait in case it resumes or stop and restart the scan. Some sites may need adjustments to run scans reliably. Click here for steps you can try.

    What hosting provider are you using?

    Can you also let me know what settings you have for the scan options? (Wordfence -> Scan -> Scan Options and Scheduling -> Performance Options)

    iam using 1&1 (now its called ionos). i have 2 different websites. And with my main website it works, so it cant be a issue of my provider.

    Here the Options:

    Limit the number of issues sent in the scan results email
    0 or empty means unlimited issues will be sent = 1000

    Time limit that a scan can run in seconds
    0 or empty means the default of 3 hours will be used = standard

    How much memory should Wordfence request when scanning
    Memory size in megabytes = 256

    Maximum execution time for each scan stage
    0 for default. Must be greater than 7 and 10-20 or higher is recommended for most servers = 20

    Hallo? it would be nice to get an answer…

    Can I have you send a report of your diagnostics to [email protected]?

    Go to Wordfence -> All Tools -> Diagnostics -> Send Report by Email

    Can I also have you try setting Maximum execution time for each scan stage to 10 and retrying the scan?
