max_execution_time should be no more than 60, as larger numbers in our experience tend to time out more often. Wordfence will use no more than half this value. It’s certainly worth giving that a try from what I can see in your screenshots.
If that doesn’t help, send us a diagnostic report just so we can check for other possible configuration issues. Send it to wftest @ wordfence . com directly from the link at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.
