Hi Steve,
If it was a Quick Scan it will have stopped a few minutes after it started, depending on the script timeout settings for PHP on your server. If it failed to complete the scan it is probably because your server cannot execute the scan of so many files in the time allotted.
Also, the scan will not continue to run if you leave the page so it would not re running now if you have reloaded the page.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Aloha, Eli
Hi Eli,
It looks like the quick scan is still running according to the message below. Should I just ignore that message and start another scan to see if it completes? What do you recommend?
Last Quick Scan started 23 hours ago and has not finish

Please feel free to start another scan. As I said before, there is no way that the quick scan could sill be running. The fact that is says “did not finish” does not mean that it is still going, it simply means that is did not reach the finish (it was aborted or it crashed before it finished, but it is not still going).
You could try the Complete Scan, it will take longer but it is more thorough and the progress bar will give you a better idea of how long it will take. You will also need to leave the window open and wait for it to finish to get all the results of the scan.
I did a complete scan and it worked. Everything seems ok. Thanks,
