Please, delete all unused, outdated and abandoned plugins and themes from your website. Doing so will reduce the total amount of files for the scanner to check.
Disable the option “Heuristic analysis” and launch the Malware Scanner again:
• WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Security by CleanTalk —> General Settings —> section “Malware Scanner” —> disable the option “Heuristic analysis” —> Save Changes.
After the initial scan, please enable the option “Heuristic analysis” back. Now future scans will be faster and more stable.

Do you mean the latest version of the Security plugin? If something went wrong you can delete the plugin’s folder by FTP:
/wp-content/plugins/security-malware-firewall

in my case there is a block due to time out a “Signature analysis”
@webepc Please, deactivate the plugin with the “Complete deactivation” option enabled and then activate it again.
1. Enter the Antispam by Cleantalk plugin settings. (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings)
2. Check the last settings “Complete deactivation” and save changes.
3. Deactivate the plugin on the “Plugins” page in WordPress Dashboard.
4. Then activate it.
5. Proceed to the plugin’s settings. (See item 1.)
