Scanning tickets

Thanks for the short video. This plugin may be suitable for our requirement for small non-profit events. I would lilke to know that how can the Mobile camera scanner feeds back into the wordpress system as to who has checked in? Is there a app for this, or the camera icon seen on Google browser will do the job but I am not sure how it feeds the checked in data to the wordpress database? Thanks
