ScanTime Duplicator

I understand that you can’t create a backup using Duplicator, and you got the error “{“RPT”:{“ScanTime”:”0.89 \u0441\u0435\u043a.”,”ScanFile”:”…”.

To resolve this issue, please try the following:

• Go to Duplicator > Tools, and click the button “Clear Build Cache”
• Exclude the big files from the backup
• Increase the allocated memory to your website
