    Hi Jay,
    Thanks for the screenshot. That helps.

    Interesting problem. First, I would try to import the sample files in the plugin’s /csv-examples folder. If those work then the problem is in your CSV file format. Compare it (carefully) with your file and see what’s different.

    Second, if that gets you nowhere, send me a copy of your CSV file and I’ll have a look when I get a chance.
