Hello @jags369 ,
Are other Cron jobs working correctly on your site? Like publishing scheduled posts?
Also, can you enable debug mode in WP and then try setting the export schedule again?
See how to enable debug https://developer.ww.wp.xz.cn/advanced-administration/debug/debug-wordpress/#example-wp-config-php-for-debugging
When you schedule exports again check the wp-content for the debug.log file and share it with us using a service like gdrive.
kind regards,
Kasia
@wpmudev-support2 Hello! Thank you for your promptly answer. I did answered via email including images…!
Found that my destination email2(@gmail.com) was rejected (saying gmail-server did not recognized email destination). Even tough same email address was recorded for new user notifications elsewhere…
Rejected email2 address and another Email1 address were set at same time. The Email1 is working just fine.
In an attempt to add a third email, it was not possible because “email not found” error whilst typing on field….
My choice was to leave working Email1 only.
Is there a limit on number of emails address to export .csv file?
Best Regards!
Hi @jags369,
Please do note that Forminator uses Action Scheduler, so all the hooks are listed under Tools > Scheduled Actions page and won’t be listed under WP cron events.
Could you please try setting up server Cron and then check whether it works fine?
https://world.siteground.com/tutorials/wordpress/real-cron-job/
I would also recommend installing a Email Log plugin to keep track of all the emails that get sent from the websites:
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/tags/email-log/
Is there a limit on number of emails address to export .csv file?
There shouldn’t be any limits. I gave a quick test but I’m not able to find any issues when tested by adding 5 emails.
Found that my destination email2(@gmail.com) was rejected (saying gmail-server did not recognized email destination). Even tough same email address was recorded for new user notifications elsewhere…
Please do note that the above behaviour is more specific within the Email host rather than the plugin side. Could you please monitor using the Email log plugin and see whether there are any errors picked?
Please do let us know how that goes.
Kind Regards,
Nithin
