    Hello,
I have a problem with the plugin for about a week. I have scheduled articles that get published every day at 7:00 am and Blogtosocial posts them on facebook at 7:30 am. It worked for many months but for a week I have had an error: At the time of publication, your blog post was not available to the network.
Except the post has been posted automatically at 7am.
For everything else after 7:30 am everything is working properly
Knowing that this operation has worked for many months.

    The website :

Can you help me solve this problem ?
    Thank you.
    Cordially

  • Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I will gladly support you with your request.
By checking your website for you I noticed that it takes a lot of time to process data. The “PageSpeed Insights Tool” has diagnosed the following speed issue for your website:
“Lighthouse returned error: This request took too long to render.”
This means that your website takes too much time to respond.

The performance of your website is important so that Blog2Social can work properly. As long as your website is not loading fast enough this can cause multiple problems for any system or platform that tries to communicate with your website.
Therefore, please be so kind as to contact the hoster and perhaps get a more performant webpack.

You can check the page speed with the PageSpeed Insights Tool, too:

Did you change any settings on your website or plugins or installed any new plugins since you received this error message?

The notification “Your blog post was not available for the network at the time of publication” indicates that something went wrong during the process of sharing your posts.
In general, your post will be published on your blog and in your social media immediately if you use the Blog2Social Auto-Poster without scheduling a time delay.
It might occur that the post was first published on the social media and then on your blog. As a result, Facebook could not read the data at this time and therefore does not find a page. This leads to this notification. Therefore we recommend to share posts with a time delay of at least 15 minutes after the publication of your blog post.

May I ask you if you are using the auto-poster to share your posts?
Are you using pre-configured time settings?
For example, using the best time settings or using your own pre-configured time settings.

Have you received this error message for every single post since then?

I’m looking forward to your reply.

    Hello,
    Thank you for your reply.
The site has not changed for several months.
However I think the error is not due to the slowness of the site.
Indeed if the site is too slow it would not work for all the posts whereas the post on the social networks of the first one does not work.
On the other hand, the post is automatically published 30 minutes before the post on social networks.
We didn’t use the auto-poster, we plan by hand for each post.
    Thanks for your help.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback.

It is important that your website is reachable and performant all the time when using Blog2Social so that the plugin can work smoothly. Otherwise there can be issues for any system or platform that tries to communicate with your website.

Please let me know if you have further questions.

    Hello,

I noticed that some (not all strangely) articles are published 1 hour ahead of the scheduled time.

I had scheduled articles for 8 am and they were published an hour before. How is it possible ?

In the settings of your module, however, it is well configured at UTC Paris.

In the WordPress settings, it is well configured at UTC Paris too.

I can share you screens if you want.

    How to do ?

    Thank you,
