Scheduled posts

I schedule a lot of my posts and sometimes I forget to add them to TablePress tables.

Is there any way to add links to scheduled posts in a TablePress table and when the post is published, the row or column containing the link to that post to be added too to the table?

If not is there any way to schedule when a row or column to appear to the user?
