Scheduled posts not sending

    Hi,

    For the entire amount of time we have had the plugin on our website, it has been very tempremental. Sometimes it posts, sometimes it doesn’t.

    First, our Editor level users edit the posts by our site authors, and schedule these, but it is only when admin users publish the posts that it seems to trigger the plugin. Is there any way of getting around this and allowing Editor users access to the plugin?

    Second, perhaps more importantly, the plugin is currently not pushing posts to buffer – even for admin users. The majority of the time we schedule our posts, which I’m not sure if this had an affect on the plugin. What’s going wrong?

    Nothing has changed in regards to the plugin and I haven’t seen it update in a while.

    Hey,

    Sorry for the delay. There isn’t anything specific that you have to do. I’d check if the Post itself is getting published when it’s scheduled, as sometimes this isn’t triggered and would therefore prevent our plugin from publishing to Buffer.

    There will be an update next week which includes better logging, so we can at least explain why a status failed.
