Scheduled Posts Not Showing

Hello,
One thing I have noticed is when I have scheduled posts the plugin won’t display them in the blog feed until I manually clear the cache. Is there any way to make this automated so the scheduled posts show as they should? Otherwise, best caching plugin I have ever used and thank you for your work!
