    Hey team,

We’re having trouble with FluentCRM emails and scheduled WordPress posts—they’re not triggering automatically.

FluentCRM scheduled emails don’t start unless we manually refresh the FluentCRM Campaign page.

Scheduled WordPress posts also fail to publish automatically.

FluentCRM logs show unusual gaps in system-logs – like our cron activity stopped completely around 21:50 last night until 06:12 when I refreshed the Campaign page. I can email you a picture of the logs if you want to see what I’m talking about.

    We’ve checked carefully:

    • Server Cron: Host (WPX) confirmed explicitly the cron (wp-cron.php) runs reliably every 3 mins, without interruption.
    • PHP Settings: Memory limit is increased (1024MB), execution time set to 300 seconds.
    • Caching/Firewall: WPX confirmed clearly that there are no caching or firewall issues blocking cron.

WPX support investigated thoroughly and said:

“We checked server settings and logs, and the cron executes every 3 mins reliably. We believe this issue may be FluentCRM-related. Specifically, FluentCRM’s background processing might be stuck or conflicting with WordPress’s Action Scheduler, causing scheduled tasks to stall.”

A few quick questions for you:

    • Have you seen FluentCRM tasks get “stuck” or conflict with WordPress Action Scheduler?
    • Could FluentCRM’s scheduler cause these irregular cron issues?
    • Should we check or reset any FluentCRM-specific transient caches or cron settings?

    Thanks for your help!

  • Hello @buddharide !

Hope you are great today! The behavior you’re describing does indicate a likely issue with the cron system or Action Scheduler queue, which FluentCRM relies on for scheduled email processing and automation. Without reviewing further technical details, it’s difficult to pinpoint whether the issue originates from FluentCRM or an external conflict.

To investigate properly, please share your System Info, a screenshot of FluentCRM logs showing the issue, your active plugins/theme, and versions of PHP, WordPress, and FluentCRM. Also, confirm if DISABLE_WP_CRON is set, how often your server calls wp-cron.php, and check for any stuck or pending actions using WP Crontrol or similar.

I recommend that you share those here so we can take a deep dive into the issue you’re encountering.

    Thanks for staying with FluentCRM!

    Kind Regards,
    Ashik
