Schema

I have asked this several times via support but got no reply to my last email.
Is there any way to switch off the schema in wpcasa or change from products or get it to work correctly.
It is throwing up errors and warnings and affecting google rankings.
I am regularly getting emails from google via search console (see example below)
Please note that price is showing as an error even though the price is in the listing.
