Hello @mgsolidus
Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for the issue you are facing.
Can you please confirm by checking the source code of your page if the Review type is showing up? Here in this example, BlogPosting is showing up:
https://i.mythemeshop.com/7VfxJG
If you are seeing something else other than the Review type, then please request Google to crawl your pages again and the updated results would show up in the search results.
You can also try our indexing API plugin for the same:
https://rankmath.com/blog/google-indexing-api/
Hope that helps. If you have any further question(s), please let us know.
Hi,
yes it’s still in the source code despite the rich snippets module being disabled,
{“@context”:”http:\/\/schema.org”,”@type”:”Review”
Hello @mgsolidus
If the Rich Snippet module is disabled in the plugin, then that code is definitely not coming from the Rank Math plugin.
Can you please check which other plugins you have active on your website? It could be a theme’s feature as well.
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Hi,
You are correct, it is another plugin.
Ideally, I’d like to use Rank Math for review schema as well, but I cannot seem to use BlogPosting and Review schemas together, only one or the other. Is there a way around this?
Thanks!
Hello @mgsolidus
Sorry to disappoint but selecting multiple Schema Markups in Rank Math is not possible yet.
With that being said, there are existing feature requests, so I’ve added your vote to our internal suggestions lists. If your suggestions are something that we’re able to introduce, we’ll be sure to let you know.
If you have any further question(s), please let us know.
We are here to help. Good day.
