Yes, that is more than possible.

Note! By default, Squirrly loads the non-formatting Title and Description to build the FAQ Schema.
However, you can manually set FAQ Schemas for pages or post types:
- For individual pages, go to Bulk SEO > Snippet > FAQ Page
- To add FAQ for a whole post type, go to Automation > Configuration > JSON-LD Type.
You can also make templates with the schemas (reusable schemas) and set them to all pages for a selected post type (step 2 from above).
