Schema Pro Merchant Listing Error

    1. For brand property the type used is “Organization” which is giving an error in the merchant listing schema. Only type “Brand” works(Edited the schema code myself to test this). Can this be resolved for the plugin so that the default type is brand?
    Any help is appreciated.

    This is a commercial product, and as the developer is very much aware, commercial products are not supported here.

    Please get in touch with the developer you purchased the Schema Pro plugin from for help. They built and sold the product, and should be in the best position to help you with this: https://wpschema.com/contact/

    It’s actually for a client who doesn’t have the login details for the account with which the purchase was made.
    So if there is any other way please help.

    Commercial plugins are not supported here for a reason: WordPress support volunteers are not given access to the code for commercial plugins (and themes). And I hope you’ll agree that there’s not much we can do if we can’t install the plugin to go over the settings or check out the code.

    Get your client to contact the product’s vendor. If they have a valid license, the vendor should be able to restore their customer login and for them to receive support.

    That does not matter or change anything.

    As George said for pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
