School Homework management

Hello Everyone;

I need a real simple online homework management system plugin.

Where Teacher can login & post Home Work content for the students. These Posts will be e-mailed to the students & parents e-mail account.

I need a plugin that will allow teachers to post homework to a specific class (group) of students.

I have the data in an excel sheet with Student First & Last name, his Parents email with their First & Last name & mobile number.
