Score Recording Error

    My client has just started using the sportspress website and one of the score recorders entered the score on an incorrect game. When they removed the results from the game in question, sportspress kept the fact that it was entered as a draw.

    When a result is removed from a match (using enter results) should it not reset the game result – removing win/loss/draw from the match without the user having to edit the match and remove this manually?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    You’ll need to remove the event outcome as well, or set the event to something different from “on time” (set it as cancelled for example).

    The event outcome and the results are independent things, and we only add it on the first run as a convenuence feature, but they are still working independent to make sure our plugin accomodates most use cases.
