    Good morning, I have an urgent issue where my users can’t save any scores.

    I’ve trying rolling back to various days this week (I know it worked Sunday for City v United) but that gives a login loop where nothing can be seen.

    Can somebody assist as my users are going mad because the first game of the weekend kicks off shortly.

    OK, it looks like an Elementor update knocked everything out. I have it all working for now, apart from auto saves.

    If auto-save is not working, then I guess there is some javascript conflict/error preventing my plugin to execute the save. Do you see any errors in the javascript console? Or any errors in the network tab when you check one of the admin-ajax.php calls?

    Hi, I thought it was but yesterday the login loop happened again. We rolled to a backup from Monday morning when it was working, disabled all other plugins but it still doesn’t work.

    Has the football pool plugin updated recently?

    Can you help?

    Last updates for the plugin were released on Sept 9 (v2.13.1) and Sept 2 (v2.13.0).

    The 2.13.1 release only contained a fix for something in the admin. There can’t be a regression there. The 2.13.0 release had a lot more changes.

    ok. It is currently back up and running, I had to call a favour on a developer friend to have a look. Hoping it’s not just a temporary fix. Will update next week if it goes down again.

    My web guy thinks it’s latest Elementor update. He’s said he’ll take a clone of the site so I can send to you if that would help?

    If it is a clone that I can easily restore on my laptop, then I am curious if I can do something to fix the conflict. Maybe I can change something in my plugin to circumvent the issue. My email address can be found on the bottom of the help page.
