SCORM Completion

    I’ve exported some SCORM courses from Articulate Rise. SCORM are set to version 1.2 and tracking occures when the user see 100% of the content. I can’t get to mark them as complete in Masteryo. Is there some specific version of SCORM I should use?

    Hello @federicocf88,

    Thank you for your message. Masteriyo LMS fully supports SCORM 1.2, so you do not need to switch to another version. The issue you are facing usually happens because of how Articulate Rise sends the completion status, not because of the SCORM version.

    In Rise, when the tracking option “100% content viewed” is used, the SCORM package sometimes does not send the final “completed” status to Masteriyo. When this happens, Masteriyo cannot mark the course as completed.

    To help with this, Masteriyo includes a “Mark as Complete” button for SCORM lessons. If the SCORM file does not send the completion status, you can use this button to manually complete the lesson inside Masteriyo.

    Please try clicking this button after finishing the SCORM content. It should update the course progress correctly.
