    Hi iSystem,
    to understand what’s wrong I need information and the possibility to see how the plugin is set up in your website.
    If you want, create a temporary administrator account in the website where the plugin is installed and send the login data to [email protected] in order to let me check if I can do something from the console.

    thanks sir for your help , i just enable the PHP allow_url_fopen , and working now ♥
