Hi iSystem,
to understand what’s wrong I need information and the possibility to see how the plugin is set up in your website.
If you want, create a temporary administrator account in the website where the plugin is installed and send the login data to [email protected] in order to let me check if I can do something from the console.
thanks sir for replay , I have sent you an email with login details
thanks sir for your help , i just enable the PHP allow_url_fopen , and working now ♥
That resolved the server permissions problem for some php functions.
Please leave us a review: it will only take a minute, but your valuable feedback will help us improve and make a huge difference to our company.
Thank you!
