Hi, your plugin is awesome and Im gonna keep it. However it does not protect from screen copy on mobiles (with fingers). Would you know a wordpress plugin I could use for that purpose ?

Furthermore, I have an Elementor full width page : https://therapies-alternatives-bordeaux.fr/notre-equipe/nos-prestations/

Your plugin does not function on it as well as on other pages. I mean there are ‘blue quotation marks’ appearing just after the warning message. On mobile, maybe on computer too. Did you notice that ?

Thanks a lot in advance. Philippe.

    Dear @wp207,

    Thank you for your topic.

We’ve checked your case and noticed that there is caching enabled on your site.
    See the screenshot below:

So, please clear all the caches and exclude the link, where the copy protection is enabled.
After clearing caches, please check the case with different browsers or an Incognito Mode.

Could you also confirm if any JavaScript optimization is enabled specifically for mobile devices?
If it is, please try disabling it and check if the issue is resolved.

Please check this and make sure to let us know the outcome.

    Thank you.

Hi @hyenokian I have done what you asked and yes the issue is resolved. So what do I do now ? Because I would like to have the cache enabled on this page.

    Dear @wp207,

    Thank you for your reply.

I would like to note that whenever you change any options, please make sure to clear your cache afterward.
This is because your page might still be cached, and the changes you made won’t reflect on the front-end.

Also, could you please let us know if the issue persists now that you enable caching?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thank you.

Hi @hyenokian Yes it is ok now after enabling the cache ! I am surprised I did not clear it after changes because I always do … anyway you are right ! 🙂 And concerning my first question, do you know a plugin that protect from screen copy on mobiles (action done with fingers) ? Thanks a lot !!! 🙂

    Dear @wp207,

    Thank you for your reply.

If you’re referring to the text copy on mobile devices, we have already checked, and everything appears to be working properly now.

However, if you’re referring to screenshots, unfortunately, we currently do not have that functionality available.
Unfortunately, we are unable to recommend another plugin for this feature.

Let us know if you have more questions.

    Thank you.
