Screen options and help edit

    Searched for a plugin to manage content in the dashboard’s screen options and help tabs with no joy.

    I’m using Adminimize to block subscribers and contributors to these two options and added Dashboard Widget Sidebar to add my own widget help screen to display in my users dashboard.

    The help pages work but the screen options is going to be more of a challenge.

    Ideally WordPress should develop a feature to able admins to customized the screen options and help pages. Maybe a plug in would be a preferred option. I am aware that WordPress is getting rather heavy and needs to slim down to a basic core and for optional plugins to take over.

    The other option is to edit the text direct in the database.

    Whats your thoughts

    Could it be I am unable to find the text in the dashboard help because its not on the database, core files or theme is this externally linked to WordPress? So they can update the help files?
