I appreciate your patience as we continue to look into this issue. Unfortunately, I don’t have any updates to share at the moment. However, as a workaround, you can try adding the following snippet to address the issue temporarily.
add_filter( 'tec_tickets_admin_tickets_screen_options_show_screen', '__return_true' );
If you’re not familiar with coding, you can use the Code Snippets plugin, which removes the need to add custom snippets to your theme’s functions.php file.

We just released a fix that solves the issue with “Screen Options” missing from the backend when Event Tickets is active. Please update our plugins to the latest versions to apply the fix to your site.
If you’ve implemented any workarounds, you can safely remove them now.
