    Hi,
I read an article about Google scoring websites based on if they have pop-ups on mobile screens. Basically Google doesn’t like it when websites do this. So i figured I only show my pop-up on screens bigger than mobile. But the option seems to be broken.

Screen width – Only show on screens bigger than 999999999px still shows the box on every mobile, ipad and pc.

‘Smaller than 1px’ is also showing the box on my pc.

    Thanks alot in advance.

    Hi Ruben,

Looking at your generate page HTML I noticed that our code is somehow translated into Dutch, which stops that part from working.

    condition: "groter"

Are you using some kind of auto-translation plugin or did you configure something on your website to replace occurrences of “larger” with the Dutch translation of that word?

    Hi Ruben,

Never mind – I just noticed that this is not a bug with your website but something in the plugin that is causing this. We’ll be pushing out a fix for this later today!

    Was it fixed?
This suddenly appeared publicly above my form:
Warning: Cannot use a scalar value as an array in C:\domains\massagehomminga.nl\wwwroot\wp-content\plugins\formcraft3\formcraft-main.php on line 1076
Do you have anything to do with it? How do I make it go away? 🙂

EDIT: Oh wait, thats just my contact form, has nothing to do with Boxzilla. My apologies

I’m having issues with this as well. I have it set to only show on screens above 1000px, but it is still showing on mobile. Was this fixed? Is there something else I need to do?

    Thanks!

I completely forgot about this. I checked it on my website and it was not fixed. I’m deleting this box from my website anyway, it’s not giving me any hits and google punishes mobile screen pop-ups.

Excuse me, it works correctly now.
