Can you tell me if you have the “Disable wptexturize” turn on or off? If it’s on, then turn off and if it’s off, then turn it on.
You will find this setting in Dashboard > AMP > Settings > Advanced > Scroll down to the end of the page and you will find the option called “Disable wptexturize”

This feature has been disabled, but nothing has changed after switching on.
