I would like to know how to hide or change script id if this is not something you decided to put in the pro version.

Hi,
You can use the Text Replace functionality included in the PRO, for more details see https://www.wp-hide.com/documentation/general-html-text-replace/
You can add a pair like id="actual-id" -> id="new-id"
