script isn't loading with HTTPS, causing bug

Hey there, loving your plugin as it’s the only responsive one that works with SSL. But, we’re having an issue as one of your scripts isn’t loading using https:

http://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/modernizr/2.6.2/modernizr.min.js?ver=3.9.1

I could update it myself, but then would rollback when my client does an update. Any chance you could update this?
