Scripts in Header or Scripts in Footer?

I have my Google Analytics code and I’ve installed the “Insert Headers and Footers” plugin in my WP website, but nowhere do I see whether to install the code in the “Scripts in Header” section or in the “Scripts in Footer” section.

Which one, or install it in both?
