We have inserted different tracking codes such as google analytics, facebook pixel and marketing tracking on the third party cookie tab at the Head section and have set the Default status on Enabled. But the tracking codes aren’t visible when we inspect the front end of the website which results in a drastic drop in our web-viewer analytics.
Only when we insert the tracking codes in the Footer section they are visible when I inspect the front end of the website (so that is what we did for now). But ideally the codes must be implemented in the head section.

This is an issue of the last days/week. In the past the plugin has worked fine.
For example these are some of the websites that have this issue: https://remarkable.nl & https://allicare.nl . These websites have different themes so in my opinion this can’t be a theme related issue either.

Can you tell me if there is a bug or if this problem is something we can fix?

    Hi @shuntink,

    Thanks for using our plugins.

We have checked our plugin, and injects the scripts properly even if it’s pushed to the HEAD section, GA and Facebook working on our test sites.

After checking your site, we have found the site is accessible with www and non-www as well, this cause issues, you can see the console errors: https://allicare.nl/

Using the WWW version of the site: https://www.allicare.nl/ the scripts are loading properly.

Also please check the SSL certificate for https://remarkable.nl/ because it’s not accepted by each browser.

    Hope this helps.
