I can see you’ve put your categories into your website navigation. Please note that having such large submenus is not advisable.

If you need to display categories in navigation menu, try using sub-sub-menus, and/or megamenu, as can be seen in theme demo website too. https://webmandesign.github.io/docs/modern/index.html#navigation

Or you can display the list of categories in a sidebar, for example. https://webmandesign.github.io/docs/modern/index.html#sidebars

But if you really need to display many categories in the navigation menu, use this custom CSS to enable scrollbar:

.main-navigation-container .sub-menu {
	max-height: 70vh;
	overflow-y: auto;
}
