    Hi tiotrom,

    Probably something you want to ask that plugin author about, but I suspect the plugin is applying specifically to the main site scrollbar rather than inner scrollbars. You may need to write some custom CSS specifically for the .shiftnav element if you want to change its scrollbar colors. When I tested just adding some general CSS to control all scrollbars on your site, it did affect the ShiftNav scrollbar properly.
