When a custom menu is created and you click on it to expand and is goes below the fold it does not let you scroll to view the whole list.

Chrome Version 32.0.1700.76m on Windows 7

I can’t seem to reproduce that behaviour on my test site. Menus scroll as expected. I’m using the exact same version of Chrome and Windows 7 (64 bit).

Could it be a plugin conflict? Specifically, do you have any active plugins that add custom CSS/JS to multiple admin pages?
