    HI Luv if you purchased the premium you should be using the premium support https://timersys.com/support where you will get much faster response and we even log in into your site to solve issues.

    The popup should be already following the user while they scroll down. Share your site please

    Hi Damian,

    Thanks for the link, didn’t know that existed! Apart from that, you’re right, it does automatically follow the user, it wasn’t working due to some custom CSS.
