MetForm in the Elementor popup working perfectly at our end. We don’t find any scrolling issues. Please have a look at this video.
Will you please check by clearing the caches completely from your site and browser?
If that doesn’t solve the issue, you need to run a conflict test on your site to detect what actually causes the problem. To do so, first of all, switch your theme to a default theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor and check if the issue is still persists. If that solves your issue, that means the issue is related to the theme you are using. You need to consult with the Theme Author Regarding this matter. Hopefully, they can help you to solve the problem.
If switching to the default theme also doesn’t help, then please check if there are any conflicts between the installed plugins. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for Elementor and MetForm and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue. In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.
