Your page works OK for me. If you are still seeing the problem, flush the cache in W3 Total Cache settings.
I think the my-account page should be excluded from caching, see:

Thank you for your response. All my plug ins and theme are up to date. I already purged the cache. I’ve tested it on several computers with the same result.
Your theme’s style.css is showing as TM Organik version 2.0, though it could be that style.css is being cached. The changelog shows the latest is v2.3. The changelog also shows that v2.2 is needed for compatibility with WooCommerce 3.1.x. Its worthwhile double checking version numbers. I don’t know if a theme update will fix this problem but its a reasonable step.
The page markup at the bottom is still showing its being cached and the WooCommerce link says my-account page should be excluded from caching.
