Scroll Not Working – Themify Split

Hoping someone can assist with this. Using the Themify Split theme on our site. After updating to WP 4.5 the scroll completely stopped working and won’t move beyond the landing screen.

I’ve got it to the point where it will scroll as it should while logged in as admin and can see the control panel, but when logged out it still won’t scroll.

Has anyone else had this issue? Any assistance would be much appreciated!
