I am having the same issue. On close the page scrolls up, on open it scrolls down. I am using the enfold template. I can open a new thread if you want. I would prefer to send the site via email or private message as I do not want it indexed by google and need to give a login to get past an htaccess login.
Any ideas on the issue with the scrolling upon opening or shutting the accordian? It’s at the bottom of the page http://asfunding.com/abc/contact-us/.

There any scroll enable/disable option setting is available on theme option panel. Please find this option setting and then disable it.
I do not see any options to enable/disable any scrolling on the theme option panel or anywhere else.
