Scroll to div using scrollbar

The plugin provides a method to programmatically scroll-to an id without clicking a link.
The method is scrollTo and you can use it in your script(s) like this:
$.mPageScroll2id("scrollTo","#id");

To achieve an effect similar to the link you posted, you’d need to use the method code above inside a scroll event (probably using a mousewheel plugin like this one: https://github.com/brandonaaron/jquery-mousewheel/).
